About Ousmane Sharif
Ousmane Sharif is an entrepreneur, technologist, and international business developer whose life and career reflect a dynamic blend of African heritage, athletic excellence, and global innovation.
Born to parents with deep West African roots, Ousmane carries a proud cultural legacy. His mother was born in Liberia before migrating to the United States, while his father is originally from Senegal and also later relocated to America. This multicultural upbringing shaped his global perspective, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to bridging opportunities between Africa and the international market.
Ousmane first gained recognition as a decorated student-athlete at Rockhurst University, where he excelled as a soccer player while maintaining strong academic performance. He graduated from Rockhurst University with a degree in Economics, combining his passion for competition with a strong understanding of business and global markets.
Following graduation, Ousmane relocated to Los Angeles, where he founded the fitness and performance company Evolve. Under his leadership, Evolve quickly gained credibility within elite athletic circles. The company worked with numerous professional athletes, including world-renowned boxing champion and global sports icon Manny Pacquiao. Ousmane successfully built and later sold the company, marking a major milestone in his entrepreneurial journey.
After selling Evolve, Ousmane shifted his focus toward education and technological innovation. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, he returned to academia and pursued a Master’s degree in Computer Science at Cambridge University in the United Kingdom, further expanding his expertise in technology, data systems, and digital development.
